[TechAssist] Toshiba CF27C50/TAC9341 loses video after hot,has OSD

Came in for inter. vert. resolderd bad connections after playing for 4
hrs.lost video.
 It uses a TA8870AN for video pross can't find a datasheet on it anywhere.
 Set does have OSD and raster, video IC does not respond to freeze spray,
need print or pinout of chip/tips.Thanks
