[TechAssist] Toshiba 50HDX82 no remote functions

I'll tell you up front that I haven't seen this one yet.  I've never seen one 
like it------to new.  Customer called in with the symptom.  He has 2 or 3 
remotes that were all coded for the set before it stopped working correctly.  
Set works with buttons on the front, but has no remote functions. 
Based on the fact that this is so new, and it IS still under warranty, and we 
would be fixing it for the customer under the basis that toshiba will reimburse 
him (per toshiba) cause there isn't any ASC's nearby.  I am just fishing right 
now.  Anyone work on these yet?  Seen the problem?    When I do see it, I know 
enough to check for the obvious.
