OK Guys;
Thanks to all, and especially Paul Wescott for the phone call...this one is
now fixed.
In this case CX221 and CX230...both 10ufd/16V.

Also...for some that have not worked on this scan Module...rumor has it, if
you don't re-solder the four ground tabs on this module, before powering up,
can give you more problems...this is a heads-up from Paul.

My first 50H82 with this problem, next one should be easier.
