[TechAssist] Toshiba 36" tv model 36a40\chasis tac0011

This is a 2000 tv. The customer said it went out during a storm and I
know what kind of damage that can do so without the manual,its hard to
trace.Anyway,I checked all the glass fuses and fusible resistors and all
are ok.The hot is ok.I did however found a pico fuse labeled F802 rated
at 4a\125v.I replaced it but still no power up.The relay clicks but
thats all.It does not blow the fuse (F802).There must be another fusible
component that is bad but can't locate it.There is 150v raw b+.Nothing
else.Maybe someone that has the print can check what ckt this fuse is
feeding voltage to .As usuall,thanks for your help.
