[TechAssist] Toshiba 32A43 (36A43) TAC0301 (made july 2004) powers on, changes stations itself. FIX

Turns out this is a known issue with these. Bad tactile switches on the 
customer buttons at front of chassis.
Use toshiba switches, as tech said they are a bit different from general 
replacements. Order part# 23344443. This part number is for  the 
individual switch. need seven. When referring to parts orders use the 
model 36A43.
