[TechAssist] Toshiba 27a41 no sound / replaced comb filter board

Toshiba 27A41 came in no picture no sound, I replaced the comb filter board and 
have the picture back but no sound, have sound on the line outs, I have had a 
string of tough ones lately...any body seen this? thanks for reading.
