[TechAssist] Re: Toshiba 27AF41 Shuts Down On Power Up

Jeff I had a Toshiba a while ago that was shutting down like that and it
turned out to be a leaky shutdown transistor. I think that was the failsafe
circuit , but not sure. I'll Send you the circuit to your address.
