[TechAssist] Toshiba 27A50 Help

Set came in raster only, Replaced video chip TA1310AN, we got picture back but
its all washed out, thought replacement chip was at fault replaced again with
same results..A/V's do same thing...Going into customer menu, "picture
preference" toggling form normal to sheather ... returns to perfect picture,
but in a few seconds returns to washed out pix.. all voltages seem normal
working and not working...and i do have a PDF... any help appreciated..
