Hello all,
This tip will help you keep your inbox folder clear. That is you can
have all of the TechAssist mail sent to another folder that you can read
when you are ready to.
This tip is for Outlook express users. Open outlook express, from the
tools menu select message rules and then select mail. A window will appear
check the box that says Where the from line contains people. Then click on
contains people, it should be underlined. Enter techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
and click add and then click ok. Then click on specified and select new
folder. Name the folder whatever you like. Click ok then ok , now all the
email from TechAssist will be put in the folder that you made, and your
inbox will be clear for your other email
