[TechAssist] Thank you for Adolphs bypass

I know this is off topic but there was no way I could not say thank you from 
the bottom of my heart.  Today walking in Walmart I was just joking with my 
wife looking at the diffrent food about Adolphs by pass.  That got us talking 
about hydrogenated foods, I started looking at diffrent food and most of it had 
hydrogenated soy bean oil.  Tonight we sat down together at this computer and 
began to research the subject.  I now have no doubt that it is a KILLER and I 
will not buy anything with any hydrogenated oils in it.
   I can't say for sure but that thread may have saved my wife and my life.  
Thanks to all who contributed to that thread.  I would urge anyone who did not 
take that thread seriously to do a Google search on the word Hydrogenated and 
read it.  It answers the question my wife and I have been asking for years" why 
do so many people have heart attacks now when our grand parents ate Lard, bacon 
and tons of fatty foods but heart attack rates were so much lower.
   God Almighty, they put metal in that oil at the molecular level, think about 
it, if you start with a pound of oil and a pound of aluminum or cobalt and 
after heating the oil and metal you have two pounds of oil WHERE DID THE METAL 
GO???  Its in the oil and you are gonna eat it.  If you really want to know try
