Here are a couple of JVC fixes from RW that may be relavent.
TELEVISION JVC AVM3587S PICTURE SHAKES AFTER 5 TO 10 MINUTES REPLACE
IC401 (PN: AN5322NK)
TELEVISION JVC AV-M3587S JITTERY PICTURE REPLACE IC401, AN5322NK
