[TechAssist] Re: TV=Tuner connectors

The smaller F connector is 232302.  I also use the 215543, cut off the
flanges and trim the center conductor with a dremel tool. also if I'm in the 
field or house costumer and I do not carry with me one all ready made I cut 
off the flange and file it, then I weld it on the tuner then I install a 
small telephone line  wire thru the hole of the tuner and weld it in the 
center of the connector and cut the remain wire.
Also it is a good tip before you weld any connector to install something 
like a small piece of cable antenna to the new connector to cold down the 
new connector and not melt the plastic in the middle of the connector.
