[TechAssist] TV Zenith Z25A02G, 9-1789, video distortion

This is an odd one.1998 set, 9-1789 module
Usually during scene change, the picture, about two inches high appears out
of focus, distorted.
Distortion is all the way across the CRT, about two inches high, lasts for
any where from a few seconds, or until the next scene change.
At one point, I had rainbow colors around the outside edges, turning off,
and back on and the picture was normal until these wavy, distorted bars
appeared.
Has any one seen this one before?
