[TechAssist] TV Sony KV-32S20 No Raster

No raster. Audio and high voltage ok. After tv is on for a few minutes
picture starts to blink on and off (about once every second). Turning up
screen control picture stays and is ok. I do not have schematic or s/m. Any
tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Or maybe someone would have a scan
of the schematic or s/m.
