[TechAssist] [TV] CTC169 - Dead

Hello Techs,
 
I have a CTC169 that is dead, the SMPS chopper transistor is intact and
so is the HOT, I have no voltage at either end of CR4118; I have 15V at
U4101 pin 16. I have parts coming in today, all the caps around U4101,
NTE580 (CR4118), TEA2261, etc. I want to be sure about what is causing
the problem, does anyone have a troubleshooting flow chart on the SMPS
or any tips on what I should be looking for.
