Al,
I just saw some Philips remotes at Electro Sound (Philips-4,
3139-228-81451) for $4.99 each. Has both "Smart Sound" and "Smart
Picture" buttons. Electro Sound is 1-800-441-6110.
A fax is a very useful tool. Needed a cabinet part for a Panasonic
camcorder this morning. I don't have the manual and would take a miracle
to describe it well enough for someone to send me the right item.
Tritronics faxed me the parts breakdown page from the area I needed.
Minutes later the right part was on the way.
