[TechAssist] TOSHIBA TV M/N MD13P1

This set was hit by lightning and found 
D3810, D3811, D3821, Q406 and Q3803 replaced with original toshiba parts and 
still its dead. Anybody knows what else is bad on this toshiba tv/dvd its 
really pain..
