[TechAssist] TOSHIBA TV CF3072B chasis TAC9231

This TV has vertical linearity problems, I went to the database and it says
to change C308, 220mf cap, did that but its still the same, the top portion
is expanded.
I remember repairing another one about a year a go and I changed some caps
but I don't remember which ones. I would appreciate if someone can shed some
light on this one.
