[TechAssist] TDA 8361=TDA8361A?

Hi friends.
Can i substitude a TDA 8361 with a TDA 8361A ?
The TDA 8361 was lifeless (no quartz oscillation,no
line drive,dead tv set) I swapped with a readily
available TDA 8361A ,now i get a dirty oscillation of
the quartz but not line drive.
