Nope Robert...checked all that and tried a new OEM part.
Finally got Thomson tech line, who don't want to mess with it and authorized a
new deflection board, if
it's available.

Jeff,
do the markings on the old diode read the same as the new diode?
Could be they miss marked the part bag, has happened several times before.
Try subbing in a diode like AU02 (nte552) or MUR460, 243636, nte506
