[TechAssist] TA Admiral GOJ12333. P/S hum in s/b

Set came in dead.
Replaced shorted HOT (2SD2627) with NAP 483513048195..
Set has an Orion CRT and I think the main board is Toshiba...has VMX180C
imprinted on it.
Set will come on now, but in stand by there is a hum.
IC 501 output at 4.4vdc..Input is 6vdc.
It looks like this comes from Q504(2SC1815) This is as far as I got with out a
schematic.
Has anyone seen this before, or have a schematic I can borrow..be faxed or
emailed (of this section)to me?
