[TechAssist] Sylvania(Funai) m# SST4191 - int no start

Hi All,

I have a Sylvania (Funai) M # SST4191 that does an intermittent no start
(Front panel, or remote). Customer states that it does it only every few
months (Hoo Boy!).

Checked for bad solder connections, but found nothing conclusive.

Any ideas?
