Eric,
I believe that's a Funai made unit. See if these are close. Also I think
D571 is an ERB44-02 (Philips part # 483513037944) or an ERA4402.

Dead.  Q571 Horiz Out Xstr Shorted Plus Resistors Burned

Replaced The Parts Listed Below.  What Really Dogged Us Was The Fact That
Sears Had The Wrong Value For R574.  They Listed It As A 1.5 Ohm But It Was
In Fact A 470 Ohm.  So We Had This Thing Fixed The Whole Time!  With The
Wrong Resistor The Unit Would Start But The Pix Was Skewed Way Off To The
Right.

Q571 Hot  2sd2634  We Subbed It With A 2sd1880
R 574 Metal Resistor 2w J 1.5 Ohm Rn02152ub001   Should Be 470 Ohm 2w
R 575 Metal Resistor 2w J 1.5k Ohm Rn02152zu001

Check Or Replace C572 - .33uf. Also Check Resistors R574 & R575 For Burnt
Solder Connections, Both 1k. 5% 2w. Also Check D571.

We had one of those recently with that problem, C571was the culprit
.33/200V.  We put in .3/200V worked fine.
