[TechAssist] Re: Sylvania chassis # 27H1 chassis. battery failure?

It's been a while since I worked on those, but didn't that TV recharge the
battery also?? Or was that strictly a "No power--keep it alive" circuit.
Another member wondered if the TV's power came from a "switched
outlet"....it seems to make sense too..
