[TechAssist] Re: Sylvania SST4192 shuts off

Has no series 400 parts. I put a new optoisolator in it and it has been
running all afternoon. But it has fooled me before. It had normal standby
voltages and I noticed when it was not working that the switched voltages
had only risen to about half value in the one second before the micro shut
them back off. This morning it was working and I noticed that the switched
voltages were up to normal in about a half second, so I decided to fool
around with the SMPS feedback components.
If it is still working tomorrow I will put the cover back on and run it a
couple of days.
