[TechAssist] Sylvania SSC727B damages vertical IC after a few days

AKA 6727DB. This 2001 model Funai-made 27 inch TV/DVD/VCR works perfectly
for a few days and then either shuts down or power wont turn on.
Troubleshooting shows that the vertical IC (IC551, LA78041) still pulses the
yoke but is drawing too much current causing a Safety-1 shutdown. Replace
the IC and it will work anywhere from a day to a week. T/A said to replace
the boost diode D552 but it did not make any difference.
