I cant find what the exact voltage should be, but it is about
129 when on and 140 when off.
I do believe the regulated B+ is too high.
but this is a very confusing circuit. it seems to have a
standby operation, but doesn't seem to work properly.
I dont have the exact schematic, but think I have a close one.
there is no explanation of the circuit, and I am lost in it.
