[TechAssist] Sylvania SRT2027 by funai

about 1 year old, also like 6427ta.
vert ic was bad.
replaced it and now the hi-voltage is a 32 kv.
causing occasional shut down.
the B+ adjustment has no effect.
Cant find any thing open or shorted, electrolytic check ok.
any clues appreciated.
