[TechAssist] Sylvania 27" 6427CTA Picture too W I D E !

Hi all

This is a weird one .

Picture seems to be magnified   way too big  does not fit onto the
screen

R574 and R 575 (values ?) get red hot!!!!
D 571 is in question too!

Does anyone have info on this problem ?   No schem at this point.
Is this a bad flyback?
