Symphonic/Funai made.
Unit was dead after storm, no outward signs of damage. The SMPS
secondary had no voltages. I removed the 4 pin opto-isolator IC601
(part# PF5001), it had no cross.
I installed a "standard" NTE3098/ PC817 and unit powered up and operated
good.
Note with these opto's :
Testing each end,one pair of pins has diode action, the other two open
both ways, using my Fluke on "diode" test.
Her's had ohms both ways on one pair, diode action the other.Bad.
