That's what my ISP (Iceweb) was doing. All of a sudden people
that I had corresponded with for years were getting messages
bounced back to them. They had to fwd the bounces to others
that could still contact me to fwd to me so that I had PROOF
that that was what they were doing. Before that, everytime I
raised h*ll about it, it was the telephone company, it was
freelists, it was techassist, it was wrong settings in my
computer, it was my modem bad, etc. But after I had the PROOF
they admitted that they were using some web-based spam
filtering crap that was blocking entire domains, not just
known spam accounts. I told them to remove my account from
that crap and I would filter my own mail.
