[TechAssist] Sony kv25xbr relay clicks no HV and no voltages from power supply.

Hi Group,
Symptoms: A/C relay clicks and 320 volts feeds to GA board but no output
from GA and GB boards.
All the components checks ok and Q652, Q651 voltages ok.
Set originally had shorted horiz output.
Any ideas or tips will be appreciated.
