[TechAssist] Re: Sony VCR, SLV-780HF doesn't eject

Actually, I have found out it is the gear next to it on the right,
3-958-156-03. However, I have also found out that a whole kit of parts
exists which is supposed to be a better engineered bunch, shown third
row down right hand side, # A-7040-474-C. The customer has said to go
ahead and order the kit.

Now another tech as wrote me saying that the complete tray has to be
replaced. I think he means the cassette carriage? I'll have to check
this out because I'm not buying a carriage and a gear kit- no way.
