like someone else said earliar---replace the bearings or bearing assembly
that is why it was wobbling and shorting to the coils.  Got a couple in my
boneyard (similar model) with the same problem--saving them for myself
(well---my wife--shes knows how to use these now--don't want to confuse her
with something new)
