[TechAssist] Sony TV model KV32FS12 chassis SCC-541F-A

I have been battling this one for 3 weeks at least

Shuts down at turn-on - no time to check voltages.

Replaced IC 502 - checked -13 & +13v supply resistors from flyback
replaced flyback transformer - D606 - R626 (.47 1/2w ) open.
Replaced IC 601 and checked numerous diodes etc.
Problem still persists.
Does anybody have any suggestions on this one?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
