[TechAssist] Sony TV KV27V10 - DOA - Now Audio No Video

G'day gentlemen,
This post is for another shop. TV arrived DOA. HOT, (2) PS transistors
and a fuse were found to be shorted/open. Sony repair kit containing
HOT, (2) PS transistors and .1ohm fuse resistor were installed. TV
doesn't show any life unless yoke is disconnected. When TV is turned on
without yoke you hear relay click, audio but no picture. Any thoughts?
