[TechAssist] Sony TV KV2680R, need jungle IC CX20129

I have this Sony TV model KV2680R which I believe needs the jungle IC
CX20129, and the Sony part number I have for it is: 8-752-012-90. It is
a 42 pin DIP. The AFC pin measures 0.6V and the schematic shows it
should be 3.2V. There is no horizontal sync. I have replaced numerous
parts including many caps.
Does anyone have one, even used if it is thought to be a good part?
