If you have a variac you can connect it to the secondary and start at
zero while monitoring the rectifier filter and bring the voltage up
slowly till you get the proper DC levels. 9.3V and 5.1 volts. Then
measure the AC. Do you need to know where to connect the AC? Where to
check the 9.3 and 5.1?
