[TechAssist] Sony SLV696HF breaks gear

Came in with teeth broken on (301) wheel, cam, worm (intermediate gear
between loading motor worm and main cam gear). Replaced 301 and main cam
gear. Came back a week later with teeth on 301 chewed up. Customer says he
does a lot of shuttle editing and the gear broke after doing that for some
time. Also said that sometimes the unit would stop when reversing the
shuttle direction during editing.
