[TechAssist] Sony PTV model KP-41T65

Hello fellow members.
This is the first time I work with this model.(KP-41T65) Alittle diferent to
others.Push power button, red led front blinks but no main power even relay
clicks.Seem like IC 601 does not work. remove it and check two
transistors in the IC, look Ok ?Any body have eanytips for this model.?
