hello all
Model KV32xbr35
Chassis scc-f16a-a

problem relay clicks on and off, hv comes up and turns off.
checked horiz drive, B+, standby voltage.
resoldered IC581 and 582
replaced d1409

any hv shut down tips will be helpful
