[TechAssist] Re: Sony KV40XBR800 4" vertical lines at bottom

Its loosing Horizontal Scan about 90% of the way down. Vertical Scan is
still completing. So it could be a component degraded below tolerance -
perhaps a Cap or resistor in the Horizontal. Maybe Heat or cold would cause
the problem to appear and reappear? Just a Guess.

Hey group another Sony I'm not familiar with,
Got fax from GE Protection Plus about this problem
Customer say's picture is good and appears normal except about 4 inches up
from bottom the raster has vertical dashed lines
