[TechAssist] Sony KV-36S45\Repeat failure of hot and reg. FiXED

OK,I just finished this set that came in dead.I had replaced the hot,the
reg,the 2 vdrs,r607,c502 and had resoldered the drive transformer but
still the hot was getting too hot. The final fix was C609 and C610.This
are 2 mylar caps in the ps bd..47\100v
Thanks to all who helped with tips and idea's.
