[TechAssist] Sony KV35XBR88 " Dead "

Problem: Dead Set.

Hi Everyone;

     Have this set in that is dead. Found so far IC601 bad, r607 open, & 
Q502 ( H out.) Shorted. Customer between wife & husband had different 
stories of what happened, wife said set would go off, then you would 
have to push the remote button to shut set off then back on again,set 
would come back on. husband set was playing & just shut off !  Any way 
my question is, does anyone think this was cause by a bad flyback or bad 
h. driver trans connections? And what else should I check before firing 
this up ?
