[TechAssist] Sony KV32FV300 Loss of C.Caption

Hi everyone!
Odd call (big surprise!) today with a KV32FV300.
Customer complaint is loss of C.Captioning intermittently.
Set works perfectly one day and then looses CC completely.
Not cable related because customer put small set next to Sony and
it worked when Sony did not.
Of course it has worked when I stopped to check it out.
Anyone have sugestions on this monster. GREATLY appreciated!
