[TechAssist] Sony KV-27XBR50 cha.ANU1

I got one that the picture flashes on and off every second or so. It seems
like it is losing it video although there isn't any audio. The picture is
nice and clear when there. There is low level snow when picture is  not
there.
I've checked the voltage out of the SMPS and they are OK., I can see the
video coming and going on the input to pic.tube socket board. My problem is
I don't have schematic of this one and I don't see too many Sonys around
here.
Anyone got a schematic that they can send me?
