Sony KV27XBR35 (MfD Oct 1992) Picture rolls (VERT) PIP ok
2 tuner system uses same tuner for both. swapped tuner no effect, direct 
feed to tuner no effect, acording to customer had work done a couple of 
years ago. From location appears to be jungle IC but is difficut to get to 
on this board (on upright board sheilding is missing)

Can jungle ic fail again or should look for other problems?
