[TechAssist] Sony KV27V15 vert up from bottom + pincushion

Sony KV27V15
Vertical raised from bottom some possible indication of pincushion problems.
Have sodderd Vert IC, regulators, Pinchion, horz drive...
Have somewhat suspected the jungle ic but would appreciate any advice that
anyone has if they have encountered this problem.
