[TechAssist] Sony KV27TS27 Nuisance Shutdown

Model : KV27TS27
Chassis : SCCE54AA
Problem : TV will shut off randomly...may be in 10 minutes...may last
several hours. After it shuts off , power button must be pressed twice to
repower TV
We have gone thru & resoldered all regulators & connectors/plugs
Has anyone had one of these early 90's chassis do this?
