           Set in shutdown mode. Blinks 4x-sugestive of deflection failure. 
If several attempts are made and CRT warms see mometary horz line. Replaced 
vertical IC and also Jungle IC using the newer replacment BS variant, No 
luck still shuts down, sounded like  a short but that is sound iis coming 
from degauss coil, have also pulled and rung Flyback. Was thinking could  be 
regulation problem as in the moment  of start up the voltage on pin 1( 
comming off B+ thru a 10K) of the opto isolator is ~90v pin 2 from the error 
amp is ~14V. Transistor portion does not appear to turn on. Power supply is 
of the quasi resonate variety incorperating STRF6626 have both the eletronic 
schematic copy and one on paper. [was looking on 2 fronts either someting 
failed spontaiously or was affected by power surge as it is our summer 
thundrstorm season]
